1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of the online courses and community platforms offered by Kragemanden.dk (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”, “we”, or “us”).
By purchasing or accessing any course, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as applicable Danish and EU legislation, including consumer protection laws and data protection rules (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. Participation Requirements & Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and participate in our courses or online community.
If you are under 18:
- A parent or legal guardian must create the account.
- The profile must clearly indicate that the account is managed by the guardian.
- The child may only use the platform under supervision.
- Children may not use the site without a responsible adult present.
3. Payment & Access
Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, MobilePay, or bank transfer by agreement.
Prices apply per participant. Course enrollment is personal and cannot be transferred to others.
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to course materials and the community (Crows.dk).
Because the product is digital content delivered instantly, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18, subsection 2, no. 13 (immediate delivery of digital content).
4. Accounts & Conduct
By using Kragemanden.dk or Crows.dk, you agree to abide by our Community Guidelines:
- Treat all members with kindness and respect — including in forums, chats, comments, and emails.
- It is strictly prohibited to post, share, or distribute:
- illegal content
- harassment, threats, hate speech, or personal attacks
- spam, advertisements, or irrelevant self-promotion
Only content related to crows and corvids is allowed.
Other topics must be clearly marked as OT: (Off Topic).
Administrators may remove content or suspend/delete accounts without prior notice for violations of the rules or standard net etiquette.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal without refund.
5. Copyright & Use of Course Material
All course materials — including videos, illustrations, guides, and digital content — are protected under Danish and EU copyright law.
You are not permitted to:
- copy, distribute, or reproduce course material
- share login information with others
- use the material commercially or for teaching purposes without written permission
Unauthorized use or distribution constitutes a violation of the Danish Copyright Act (LBK no. 202 of 27/02/2019) and may lead to legal action.
6. Access to the Community (Crows.dk)
Access to Crows.dk is included with your course purchase and serves as a safe, learning-focused environment for people interested in crows and other corvids.
The Provider reserves the right to moderate content and remove users who violate rules or Danish law.
All content on Crows.dk is intended as education and entertainment — not as legal or professional advice regarding the handling of wild animals.
7. Technical Requirements
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary internet connection, compatible device, and software.
We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by:
- internet outages
- failures by third-party service providers
- local computer or mobile settings
8. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
We process personal data only when necessary to operate our courses and community, in accordance with GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act.
Personal data (name, email, payment information, etc.) is stored securely and never shared with third parties, unless required by law.
Payment information is handled by Stripe, PayPal, or MobilePay according to current security standards (PCI DSS).
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.

9. Disclaimer of Liability
We strive to provide accurate, well-researched content based on experience and expert knowledge. However:
- We cannot guarantee specific results from participation in any course.
- All interactions with wild birds must comply with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.
- The Provider cannot be held responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of content, including unlawful or unsafe handling of wild animals.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law and, where relevant, EU legislation.
Any disputes shall be settled before the courts of Aarhus, Denmark, unless mandatory legislation requires otherwise.
11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
Continued use of the site or its courses constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
