Hide-and-seek and fun with the crows
When I play hide-and-seek with the crows, it’s not me hiding from them.
No, no — that would be impossible, because they keep an eye on me no matter where I go.
Instead, I hide stones, seashells, things they’ve found — like coins, bottle caps, jewelry, or whatever they’ve picked up — and sometimes small pieces of snacks hidden inside these objects.
Then I hide the items, and the crows search for them.
Other times they hide things, and then I (and the other crows) have to search for them.
The funniest part is when they make little tricks — pretending to hide something — and then we all run around searching while they sit there, acting innocent, holding the item in their beak as if nothing happened.
